Bark for Life 2017 with Stella the Winx Fairy

Dear Diary and my Gorgeous Readers,

Before I tell you a story, the whole story about Stella and how she came into my life and the life of my family, I’d like to share some recent pride and joy with you.

Yesterday I participated in @Bark for Life – Dog Walk Relay in support of Cancer Council of Victoria (Australia). I walked as Owner/Survivor. I am a Cancer Survivor and yesterday was the very first time that I was able to acknowledge it openly and proudly. I even cried a bit… But well.

Anyhow, this blog is about my ginger incentive to do this amazing thing – walking and fundraising for Cancer Council. My Stella the Winx Fairy – adopted greyhound is the reason I did it. Well, Stella needs a walk. She needs socialising, right??? Right.

So, here is our proud moment.
